We recently completed our yard extension. This involved removing the unused grass area on the road side of the school and adding on a new tarmacadam space. Facilitator Jennifer Webster arranged for photographer Jonathan Stokes to give the children an online workshop in photography and then each child was give a disposable camera to use over the course of a week to record views in the

Glenasmole National School Christmas Performances We were delighted to work with Music Generation South Dublin Musician Educator Nicola White to record individual class performances to share with families and friends. We had an action day that was called ‘Live Like our Grandparents Energy Saving Day’. We encouraged the children to walk and cycle to school. Staff carpooled. The children and staff dressed up like the olden days. We put the children into rows in the classrooms. We used no lights, heating, computers or interactive whiteboards for the day. We played
