Our classes run from Junior Infants to 6th class all taught in the idyllic and historic surroundings of Bohernabreena. Glenasmole National School is a Catholic Primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin. It is a school where faith is lived and shared with children. The education which we provide is inspired by our faith and Christian values. While our school has a Catholic ethos, we also welcome students who are not Catholic.

We endeavour to provide an educational learning environment, which facilitates the nurturing of each child’s full educational potential, in all its richness and diversity. We promote equality of opportunity for all students. The staff of Glenasmole National School are employed by the Board of Management on behalf of the Department of Education and Science and implement the Revised Primary School Curriculum (DES 1999).
